Netherrack Hell Mode

Changes netherrack to be not stupid and cute while also not being the eyesore that is programmer art netherrack

Changes the netherrack on both the warped and crimson things that I can't remember the names of too

Also because I felt like it I also messed with some of the crimson stuff to make it more consistant with the nether, similar to the warped stuff

Oh and I fixed the centering on nether quarts because it made me mad and angers
