Nether Fog Removed

Default key is <Delete> on your keyboard(you can change at keybinds), there is 3 modes, first removes only the nether fog, second removes all fog(like inside water or fire) and third turns fog back to normal. To change the mode, press <Delete> (or any other key you have replaced it with)
