Players start with 3 hearts and 3 satiety points.

For every 5 levels, one heart is added. The higher the level, the more experience is required for upgrading.

Diamonds, emeralds, lapis lazuli, and redstone can be eaten by right-clicking to increase experience.

Players consume satiety faster when jumping and running, and cannot regain health when their satiety is full.

Players can lie in bed all day, and can only sleep to pass the night after 9 PM. Sleeping can restore health.

Players can starve to death, be poisoned, and the poisoning duration is halved.
