Theosis v0.8.0 — Rebuilt from Scratch (Complete Redesign)

This version is not a normal update: Theosis was rebuilt from the ground up to be more modular, configurable, and server-ready.

🔥 Highlights

• ✅ Total redesign of the plugin (architecture + modules + configs).
• 🏰 Structures / Towers in Overworld, Nether, and End, with variable loot and the possibility of gems.
• 👑 Improved bosses: better effects, sounds, presentation, and progression.
• ⚔️ Rebalanced perks (less “broken,” more fun and fair).
• 🧩 Everything separated into files: cleaner configuration for admins.

• Structures system (towers) + dedicated config.
• Bosses module with dedicated configuration (bosses.yml).
• Variants module (enhanced mobs) with dedicated configuration (variants.yml).
• Rarities system with dedicated file (rarities.yml).
• Names folder to customize plugin names/style (names.yml).
• Real and clean language files: lang/en_us.yml and lang/es_mx.yml.
• Much faster reload (focused on admin UX).

🔁 Changed / Improved

• Configuration is now modular and file-based:
  • config.yml, perks.yml, gems.yml, bosses.yml, variants.yml, structures.yml, rarities.yml, names.yml, lang/*
• Better overall performance: fewer unnecessary “heavy” processes.
• Better balance control: chances, caps, weights, progression, names… everything configurable.

➖ Removed (Breaking Changes)

These features no longer exist in v0.7:

• ❌ Growth system like “sugarcane / Apotheosis-style farms” (removed).
• ❌ Weather/biome system (cold/desert and environmental reactions) (removed).
• ❌ Backpack system (removed).

This cleanup was intentional so the plugin core is: loot + perks + gems + towers + bosses + variants, without extra features that complicated balance and performance.

🧭 Compatibility Notes

• Compatible with Spigot and Paper.
• Paper recommended: better performance and fewer rare runtime/perk issues.

⚠️ Migration Notes (IMPORTANT)

• This version is a rebuild, so:
  • Not 1:1 compatible with old configs.
  • Review and adapt your values in the new files (perks.yml, gems.yml, bosses.yml, etc.).
  • Recommended: install v0.8 as a “fresh install” and then manually copy adjustments.
