1. Rendering conflict with TACZ

1. Too many to list
2. Add data pack to forbid recipes, loot table and mob spawner by regex in folder data/cafelib/forbidden with example json files. Cafe-lib is a builtin mod lib.
3. Enable to modify weapon params by InitItemEvent.
