Adds an item in Minecraft that allows you to place blocks that exist only as blocks. Adds items for blocks that normally don't have them, including:

Frosted Ice
Bubble Columns and Water (Up/Down)
Air
Nether Portal
End Portal
End Gateway

You can obtain items using:

Frosted Ice
Bubble Columns and Water (Up/Down)
Air
Nether Portal
End Portal
End Gateway
