The On/Off Update

• Added On/Off Switch Blocks
  • Jump into it to toggle on/off
  • Shoot any projectile to toggle
  • Toggles blocks globally per dimension
  • Right-click with a wrench to set a radius instead of global toggle
  • Toggles Dotted-Line blocks, Trampoline blocks, Trampoline Caps, and Potted Trampoline Caps
• Added Dotted-Line Blocks
  • Toggles with On/Off blocks
  • Can fall through when off
• Added Mushroom Trampoline Blocks
  • Toggles with On/Off blocks
  • Bounces anything on it
• Add Trampoline Caps
  • Grows into Huge Mushroom Trampolines when bonemealed
  • Huge Mushroom Trampolines generate rarely in mushroom biomes
  • Can be potted
• Added Pipe Junction Blocks
  • Pipe textures will connect to these, as well as copper blocks
• Fix unable to stomp small mobs, like goombas
• Split Marioverse blocks tab into building blocks and functional blocks
• Hopefully fix sit position
