Tips and Major Bugfixes

Added tips that will be shown to players as advancements during gameplay. They cannot be turned off as a main part of Deepgrounds Server. Maybe in the future if people put this on their own servers.
Fixed a critical bug where using an Eye Of Vengeance would sometimes place the player thousands of blocks inside the void and instantly kill them.
Fixed a bug where hitting yourself counts as PvP combat.
Fixed the /trust command where it wouldn't work on players with team prefix/suffix.
Added a new optional choice to make "death bans", where upon 10 warns player's next death will cause their ban.
Attempt at fixing the descriptions of warnings provided by moderators
