Lockpicks and Weekend Rules

Added Lockpicks, during weekends, players can craft and use lockpicks to steal from chests: 8 lockpicks are crafted with 3 iron nuggets and when a chest is right clicked, a random slot is chosen, if the slot has an item, it will be popped out, if it doesn't, lockpick will fail. Having 2 (configurable) successful lockpicks, the player cannot lockpick that chest anymore for that day.
Eye Of Vengeance no longer completely messes up it's self-teleport for different dimensions, instead, it warns the user to enter the dimension first.
Striking other players with lightning using moderator commands will also consume saturation along with food.
Added more configuration so things can be changed right at the spot
