Fixed an issue with combat log prevention where hitting a player would only put the player that got hit into combat timer rather than both.
Added a config setting that's enabled by default that lets players return to their place of death upon dying, getting killed by players constantly will cause the player to lose this temporarily, to prevent spamming respawns
