Ghost Pokémon Fix

When a Pokémon is recalled after a battle, the recall can happen on a background thread. mod was intercepting this and moving the entity removal to the main thread — but it was only removing the entity, without telling Cobblemon that the Pokémon was actually recalled. So Cobblemon still thought the Pokémon was "sent out" and could try to recreate it in a broken state — resulting in those frozen, non-interactable ghost Pokémon near players.
