New Features

⛈️ Rain bonus stacks! - Get +1 extra honeycomb when it's raining (stacks with night/full moon)
⚡ Thunderstorm effects - Electric spark particles during thunderstorms
🌧️ Rain particles always show - Rain splash effects now appear even at night

Day, clear: 3

Bug Fixes

Fixed spectator mode being able to harvest (now blocked)
Fixed rain particles not showing during night
Improved campfire detection (cleaner code)
Switched to Minecraft's RandomSource (better performance)

Technical

Configuration values now use constants (easier to modify)
Thunderstorm properly detected separately from rain
Universal JAR supports Minecraft 1.21.8 - 1.21.11
