Fixed multiplayer compatibility (for FABRIC only yet):
- Your Pokémon shouldn't disappear on Fabric anymore tho the Shadow type icon will appear as normal (a temporary workaround is to join a singleplayer world first and then the server)
- These were mostly fixed by Mega Showdown Lost Lore requires at least 1.7.0 of MSD
- On NeoForge you will still be prevented from joining the server, have to wait for MSD to fix it in a later release! (a temporary workaround is also to join a singleplayer world first and then the server)
New Icon for Lost Lore:
- Updated the Icon - big thanks to Dogtor Bloo!
- It's a homage to the first Pokémon movie, as well as the new armored Mewtwo model that will be added soon!
- Man this addon has really come a loooong way from being just a side project I work on to relieve some stress
Miscellaneous & Fixes:
- Updated Lucario better for compatibility with Navas ZA
- Due to the way Navas implements it, you can't Mega Z Lucario in any costume. Only fixable once it gets integrated into MSD itself
- Fixed Shadow Mewtwo's Shadow Boost ability setting all non-shadow moves to 0 damage
- Fixed Magical Music Sheet blocking Pirouette form change from triggering
- Fixed not being able to land/dismount Illusionary Rayquaza
- Fixed Water Shuriken blocking Battle Bond from triggering
- Fixed Shadow Mega Mewtwo X/Y being able to Dynamax
Updated & Rebalanced many Pokémon:
I consulted Shadowboxed - primarily known for his work on Project Lazuli, and he came up with many great suggestions so big thanks to him! Most of the changes were made to give the mons distinct identities and reasons to use them over their regular variants. Attention to "lore accuracy" was of course also paid so no worries!
MT
Nerfed its movepool a bit so it's inferior to MT2
- Removed all fire & dragon-type moves, Rock Polish, Shadow Claw, Spite & Ancient Power
- Added Heavy Slam, Steel Beam, Charge Beam, Wild Charge, Body Press, Autotomize, Haze, Circle Throw & Brutal Swing
- Made it way heavier (for Heavy Slam and other weight based moves like Autotomize)
MT2
- Removed all Ice-type moves, Rock Polish, Shadow Claw, Spite, Ancient Power & Dragon Dance
- Added Heat Crash, Heavy Slam, Crush Claw, Steel Beam, Supercell Slam, Eerie Impulse, Shift Gear, Autotomize, Charge Beam & Clear Smog
- Made it way heavier
- Gave it a stupid hidden ability - let's just call it an easter egg!
Snowman Munchlax/Snorlax
- Removed the normal type and made it mono ice type (since it's technically just snow)
- Swapped its attack and special attack, swapped out some moves accordingly
- Replaced its hidden ability (Furcoat) with a custom one (Frosty Winds) that boosts the accuracy & power of wind moves
Crystal Onix
Gave it more of a unique identity and fun abilities (honestly the custom abilities Shadowboxed suggested sounded cool and I wanted to code them in).
- Changed to be a mono Steel type
- Mirror Armor as an alternative ability to Water Absorb
- Added some steel moves and Power Gem to its move pool
- 50 BST increase
Crystal Steelix
- Added some moves like Power Gem & Flash Cannon to its move pool
- Added Crystalline (Rock type moves become steel type) as an alternative ability
- 50 BST increase
Crystal Mega Steelix
- Now Requires Crystalline Steelixite (due to it having custom Stats & Ability)
- Swapped its attack and special attack
- Added Hall of Mirrors (Using Flash Cannon lower the targets sp. def)
- 50 BST increase
